Homes for Heroes Appeal

The Appeal was launched in 2008 by the First Minister to build 60 new houses, this was a £6m Appeal which has so far seen 22 houses built which are suitably adapted for wheelchair access. In the past five years we have housed 94  disabled veterans who have transitioned from the serves through the Army Personnel Recovery Unit.

By the end of this year (2015) we will have 20new houses and have already taken possession of five of those in Angus and another five are complete in Inverness.

We plan to build 15 between North Lanarkshire and Edinburgh.
